Engineer's Representative & Contractor's Representative (3910)

An introductory workshop for those new to construction contracts run under NZS 3910: 2013 conditions of contract.

Our most popular workshop with 665 people having attended 35 workshops in this series during the last 10 years.

Engineer to the Contract (under NZS 3910:2013 conditions)

A more advanced workshop for those with previous construction contract experience who may be stepping up to the Engineer role.

25 workshops, attended by 496 people have been completed during the past 10 years.

Some of the following workshops are not always offered as regular public events, but instead can be arranged by organisations desiring in-house training for a group of their staff, either on their own premises or at a suitable venue. Workshop attendances of between 8 and 16 are recommended as best for good interactions between participants.
